Operational mistakes and game day failures
The user reports firsthand that the scoreboard was not operating at the start of two consecutive JV home games. Player transfers out of program
District and public roster records document that multiple athletes with prior Ayala ties later appeared at Chino after Arthur Gracia moved into Chino athletics. The record supports review of transfer paperwork and timing. It does not establish recruiting or undue influence.
Inconsistent bye weeks and level scheduling
User reports Freshman, JV, and Varsity were assigned different bye weeks in 2026, including Freshman sitting out a week when the two upper levels were playing, while the upper levels had previously been idle during a different week. User states that during six to seven years with the program, bye weeks had historically been aligned across levels. Current public schedule sources also show inconsistent and conflicting dates across levels, reinforcing a broader schedule management concern.

Parent communication during booster shutdown

August 18 suspension and transition notice came from the booster account and told families to direct school matters to Richards. A search of the user’s Gmail found no direct Richards message after August 18 addressing the booster transition, fundraising suspension, banquet, meals, senior activities, or fund disposition. User identifies Rebecca Hamilton as the current booster president and Yvette Hernandez as the former booster president; those roles are to be kept separate in the record.
Athletic trainer support
June 2025 booster minutes document that athletic trainer support was raised and that the coach was directed to school administrators. The user later reported firsthand that no athletic trainer was visible on the field at the September 30, 2026 JV game and that this was the second such occurrence that season. Official staffing and medical coverage records are still needed.
