Current MaxPreps roster and statistics accuracy concern
Current public review shows Ayala JV’s MaxPreps page still asks for a team roster submission and states player statistics have not been entered. Ayala varsity statistics show a last update date of September 26, 2026 despite later varsity games. User reports that during announced games, incorrect player names are sometimes called because the roster information being used is not current.
JV athletic trainer coverage concern
User reports that no athletic trainer was present on the field during the September 30, 2026 JV football game and that this was the second JV game during the 2026 season without a trainer present. June 2025 booster minutes had previously documented Coach Smith requesting trainer support and being directed to school administrators.
Scheduling inconsistency evidence
User reports that Ayala Freshman, JV, and Varsity football did not share the same bye week in 2026, unlike the program pattern the user observed over the prior six to seven years. Public MaxPreps schedules reviewed on September 29 also contained conflicting and duplicated JV dates, while the three level schedules were not cleanly aligned.

Worsening varsity loss margins during 2026 season
Ayala’s varsity results through six games were Summit 26 to 0, South Hills 21 to 17, Chino 19 to 14, Citrus Valley 35 to 0, Chino Hills 42 to 7, and Charter Oak 51 to 3. The loss margins were therefore 26, 4, 5, 35, 35, and 48 points. The sequence is not a steady week by week decline because Weeks 1 and 2 were closer games, but the most recent three losses widened sharply to 35, 35, and 48 points.
