Freshman football, 2026 to 2027

Public schedule record from MaxPreps. A record shows game results and scoring only. It does not by itself prove why a season went the way it did.

Scheduling inconsistency evidence

User reports that Ayala Freshman, JV, and Varsity football did not share the same bye week in 2026, unlike the program pattern the user observed over the prior six to seven years. Public MaxPreps schedules reviewed on September 29 also contained conflicting and duplicated JV dates, while the three level schedules were not cleanly aligned.

Inconsistent bye weeks and level scheduling

User reports Freshman, JV, and Varsity were assigned different bye weeks in 2026, including Freshman sitting out a week when the two upper levels were playing, while the upper levels had previously been idle during a different week. User states that during six to seven years with the program, bye weeks had historically been aligned across levels. Current public schedule sources also show inconsistent and conflicting dates across levels, reinforcing a broader schedule management concern.

Feb minutes question who handles money; March minutes call for accurate results and a paper trail; August minutes state 10 tickets per player. Actual October rollout emails state 15 tickets per player at $10 each, weekly collection, Venmo and Zelle payments, and additional tickets available. Final winner email says the Freshman team turned in all of its tickets.

Disposition of remaining booster funds and obligations

The August 18 booster communication states that outstanding expenses and taxes would be handled before any remaining balance was transferred to the Ayala football USB trust account. A complete closing balance, transaction ledger, payment authorization record, and transfer record have not yet been reviewed. The public accountability question is whether the final disposition of funds and obligations can be fully reconciled.
