Year to date varsity scoring performance compared with 2025
BulldogScoreboard.com shows Ayala scored 41 points through the first six varsity games of 2026 versus 48 points through the first six games of 2025, a 7 point decrease. Ayala is listed as Division 6 in both seasons. In 2025 Ayala competed in the Baseline League against multiple substantially higher division programs, including Division 2 Rancho Cucamonga, Division 2 Damien, and Division 3 Chino Hills. In 2026 Ayala moved to the Sierra League, where listed opponents include Division 3 Bonita, Division 4 Charter Oak, Division 4 Northview, Division 6 Glendora, and Colony with no current division shown on MaxPreps.
What the evidence proves
Provides an objective year to date scoring comparison and documents that Ayala's 2025 Baseline League included multiple Division 2 and Division 3 opponents while Ayala itself was Division 6, giving stronger factual support to the user's point that the prior league presented a tougher competitive level.
What it does not prove
The scoring comparison does not establish that coaching caused the difference.
What is still missing
Etiwanda and Upland do not show a 2025 division designation on their current MaxPreps history pages, and Colony does not show a current 2026 division. A complete league strength comparison should therefore rely on the verified division listings plus section rankings and records rather than assign unsupported divisions to those teams.
Student impact
The comparison provides context for current player performance and program direction.
